Creative Media Coordinator
Job Description:
The Creative Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing all aspects of our church’s creative media and In-House church communication. This individual will help lead and develop a creative team that will help the vision and mission of River Valley Church.
Responsibilities:
The Creative Media Coordinator is required to perform a range of duties including, but not limited to:
Creative Media: Develop and produce creative content for various platforms, including social media, website, and in-person services.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the church’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
ProPresenter: Operate and maintain ProPresenter for church services and special events.
Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a creative, production/tech team.
Photography and Videography: Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for use in services, promotions, and online platforms.
Production/Tech: Prepare and maintain all areas of Production/Tech related to all ministries, Sunday services and special events.
Other responsibilities:
Individual will complete responsibilities in accordance with the church’s policies and applicable procedures as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
Expertise in Canva/adobe suite for graphic design
Experience in video and photo editing
Knowledge of ProPresenter software
Proven experience managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.)
Ability to problem-solve quickly
Strong communication and leadership skills
Education:
Any combination of education and training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described with an emphasis on continual learning.
Experience:
Successful candidates should have at least 1-2 years related experience.
